What is a latchkey service?

Curbside Magic offers a "latchkey" or "KEY ON FILE" service to all clients. Latchkey services are similar to maid services, dog walkers and home care professionals coming into the home to perform services while you are away.  This service is wonderful for anyone who isn't able to meet us at the home for the appointment or simply wants this convenience.  This  service is available to the client after two grooms.  Client provides Curbside Magic Mobile Pet Spaw, LLC with a key to keep on file, a garage or door code, or some other form of access to your pet/home. Curbside Magic then comes to your home at your scheduled appointment time to perform all grooming duties for your pet. Payment is prearranged or prepaid.  We are able to keep credit cards on file for even further added convenience.  Should any issues arise, you will be notified and any additional charges be discussed before moving forward.
